Wispa is a character of mine, who's gone under a lot of development in the past few years that I've had. After the entire edgy phase where I did nothing but emotionally sensitive content of her, I thought, "Huh. What's so bad about a phantom celebrity? Maybe she's an alternative pop star?"
So I made it so. Artistic lisence sure is fun!
