From childhood to now, I've always adored the rain. It's a soothing phenomenon that calms loud thoughts, closes heavy eyelids, and cleanses tired souls. I've always appreciated how healed I feel when falling asleep to rain, and to pay tribute to that, I painted a little lizard, glowing and safe sheltered beneath a leaf, as it gazes up into the murky sky, letting the raindrops melt all troubles away.
