I've always been infatuated with being in bodies of water- Whether it be the ocean, a sea, lake, or pond. Any body of water holds my interest, and for the longest time, figuring out why was a little perplexing. I think, on a more personal and base level, that water holds some sort of mystical significance to me. The first life came from it, and now, in our current age, we worry about the warming of the planet on the basis that the water will swallow up parts of our land. It's the main cause for all weather phenomena, houses abundant life, and by far, takes the most punishment. Every time I swim in the ocean, that special feeling returns to me, and this art piece embodies that.
